Clashorama is the next step in the evolution of video consumption.  This site is an easy to use tool through which users can present, watch and compare online content.  Clashes are very easy to create and fun to watch.

Clashorama enables users to compare videos, raise questions and interact with the content via a fun and simple voting system.  Born from an idea back in 2000, the rise of online video interest and consumption makes now the perfect time realise the greater potential of the Internet to allow users greater control of:

¬?         the context of the content they watch
¬?         how they watch it
¬?         how they interact and respond to it

Clashorama is not a video site, but simple means  to compare videos,  vote, share and mark your favourites.  We are not a content aggregator, uploader or arbiter.   We don‚Äôt pick the videos, we don‚Äôt pick the questions.  Users do.

There is fantastic content being created and uploaded every day. We decided that users should have even more control in how they enjoy it. To us, posting a clip or content on a page by itself and asking people to view it or rate it is boring, and often begs a simple question:  ‚ÄúCompared to what?‚Äù   By giving users the power to make comparisons,  Clashorama changes the question from ‚ÄúIsn‚Äôt this great?‚Äù to ‚ÄúWhich is greater or even greatest?‚Äù  - and Why?

The clash creator becomes the arbiter, expert and framer of the discussion.   Along the way more people get talking and opinions are shared.

We hope you will use this unique tool to create debate or prove a point,  to watch and compare to raise issues,  to draw attention to something you care about or to make people laugh.  Whether it‚Äôs celebrity meltdowns, extreme sports face-plants, game changing plays, or the cutest pet you‚Äôve ever seen, Clashorama puts the power in your hands to frame the dialog and then it puts the power in the hands of the viewer to decide the outcome.

Feel free to create your own clash or bring attention to someone else‚Äôs.  Think we‚Äôve missed a trick? Tell us what you think or what else we should create.  Just send us a note and explain your idea.

If you want to know what people think ask them.   Clashware lets you do just that.  Clashware is the next step in the evolution of video content consumption.  The Clashware product is highly flexible and provides a simple method to enable online video viewers to present online video content and present content in a new head-to-head context that compares videos, raise questions and offers the opportunity to interact via an engaging, fun voting system.  Born from an idea back in 2000, the rise of online video interest  made it feasible to create this site (seven years later).

We are not a content aggregator, uploader or arbiter.   Content is not our business.  There is fantastic content being created and uploaded every day. We decided that the users could have more control over content.   We feel that consuming video content online doesn‚Äôt have to be the same old thing.   To us, posting a clip or content on a page by itself and asking people to rate it begs a simple question:  ‚Äúcompared to what?‚Äù   Clashware moves the Internet audience from asking the question of ‚Äúwhat are you watching?‚Äù to ‚Äúhow do you compare?‚Äù Along the way, it puts more editorial power in the hands of users.

Clashware is best noted for its public site, Clashorama where the tools are offered free for non-commercial use.  However, Clashware is also available for private label public use, and internal or corporate research use.  If you have questions on how it could be used in your company, contact us for a demonstration or to discuss our business practices and partnerships.

We have applications for online contests, advertising campaign focus groups and special-interest online video communities and publishers.  Two of our four principals  come from decades in big media and our other two principals are mad programmers who love to build.  So, contact us, explain your needs and let‚Äôs see what solution we can create! See how we can help you compare.
